About Online Ordering Security

All orders are encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting your credit card information. If you prefer not to order online, you can place your order by phone 24 hours a day at 1-877-A1Artwork.

How To Place An Online Order

To locate products in our catalog simply browse our product categories via the links in the left column to find the related products. If you have a good idea of what you're looking for, you can find it quickly by entering keywords in the search field in our banner. Keywords can include artist name, print title, or subject matter. If you have very specific criteria, try our ArtSearch advanced search features to make the product selection process a little faster.

On our product category or search results pages, you can click on a product image thumbnail to view a larger image as well as all product details and add an item to your shopping cart. Once you have added items to your cart, simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.

About Shipping

All orders ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS ground services, depending upon your location. Expedited shipping (equivalent to 3-day service) is available for an additional cost. You will have the option to select the expedited shipping option during the checkout process. Please note that prints and posters typically ship within 3 business days, however lead times for framed items, canvas transfers, and plaque mounts may range from 5 to 10 business days. If you select the expedited shipping option, your order will be shipped by an expedited method (at the discretion of simplyArtwork.com) once your order is ready.

Selecting the expedited shipping option does not ensure that your order will arrive within 3 days. If you have a specific delivery date requirement, please contact Customer Service to discuss options prior to placing your order online.

Please note that we currently do not offer shipping to locations outside the Continental United States. Please contact us if you are outside the US and would like to place a special order.

simplyArtwork.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit card payments on our site. If you prefer, you may also pay using a PayPal account. If this is your preference, simply select the PayPal payment option on the credit card transaction page.
By phone
You may also complete payment of your order during checkout by calling us toll free, at 1-877-A1Artwork, from 9a.m. to 7p.m. MST, 7 days a week. A customer service representative will verify the details of your order and accept your confidential credit card information.
Check and Money Order
We also accept checks and money orders which should be sent to our offices at:

Orders paid by check will be processed when the check clears; those paid by money order will be processed upon receipt.

About Product Returns

We value your business and can assure you that we guarantee the quality of our products. If you receive an item from simplyArtwork.com that is damaged or defective in any way we will promply replace the item at no cost to you. If you have received a defective or damaged product, please submit a Product Return Request to expedite the replacement order.

If you wish to return or exchange an item that is not defective or damaged, you may do so once you have received a Product Return Authorization notice from our Customer Service Department. Non-defective products must be returned to us at your cost in re-sellable condition. Once the product is returned to us, your credit card account will be credited for the amount of the original order, less shipping charges.

To obtain a Product Return Authorization, please submit a Product Return Request and our Customer Service Department will contact you promptly with addition information. Please contact our Customer Service Department if you have any questions about our Product Return Policy.
